This memory kit is use with a msi p55 gd65 motherboard, and they work fine, stable, and cool. No problems.
IF the price drops i will get a second 4gb kit.

WONDERFUL memory, stable, ran perfect at first install attempt, thight default settings, no need to fine tune any setting at all, this memory is just awesome. enables you to overclock without fuss on processors that use 1333 memory like the phenom II X6. VERY satisfied.
amazon packaging:
AWFUL AWFUL packaging, box was poorly sealed, almost opened in fact, some plastic bags around the items and that was it, are foam beans that expensive nowadays? I was afraid the items were severely damaged, fortunately for me they were in good condition but there were signs of careless packaging, I am deeply concerned about all this and I will think twice before ordering anything else from amazon.

I ordered this through Amazon with 2 day shipping and it showed up the next week. I use this RAM in conjunction with an ASUS CHIV mobo, AMD PII 1090T Thuban, a BFG Nvidia 9800 GTX+ OC, 32 gb high speed ssd and a 500gb 6gbs pair of data drives raided together.
This ram is ok, it works fine as long as I leave it at stock. It refuses to overclock or underclock for the world though. I have never seen a stick of RAM I couldn't slow down.
If you're an every day user this stuff works great, go for it. If you want to play with the system and overclock, STAY AWAY.

Fantastic RAM at a fantastic price, what more can i say. this RAM works just fine with other chipsets by the way, no clue why it even says I3, I5, I7 in the item name lol.
